Creating your first campaign

Campaigns let you send template messages to multiple contacts at once.

Step 1: Choose a template

Select an approved WhatsApp template from your template library. Only templates with approved status can be used in campaigns.

Step 2: Select your audience

Choose contacts by selecting contact groups, individual contacts, or a combination of both. You can also exclude opt-out contacts automatically.

Step 3: Fill in variables

If your template has variable placeholders (e.g. {{1}}), map them to contact fields or enter static values.

Step 4: Review and send

Review the campaign summary, check the estimated audience size, and click Send. You can also schedule the campaign for a future date and time.
