Setting up your account

After logging in for the first time, you'll need to complete a few steps to get your account ready.

Navigate to Settings and fill in your company details. This information is used in message templates and compliance records.

Use the Embedded Signup flow to link your Meta Business Account and WhatsApp Business Account.

Once connected, register or migrate a phone number to start sending and receiving messages.

WhatsApp requires pre-approved templates for outbound messages. Create one in the Templates section and wait for Meta approval.
