Connecting your WhatsApp Business Account

Hamr Chat uses the WhatsApp Cloud API to send and receive messages. You'll need a Meta Business Account and a WhatsApp Business Account to get started.

Prerequisites

A verified Meta Business Account
Admin access to your Meta Business Suite
A phone number that isn't already registered with WhatsApp

Connection steps

Go to Settings in Hamr Chat
Click Connect WhatsApp
Follow the Embedded Signup flow to authorise access
Enter your WhatsApp Business Account ID and Phone Number ID
Save and verify the connection
